CARD READER TIPS: You can’t pull your card out too fast or too slow. Think of “wax on, wax off”, or taking a deep breath in and out, as you insert and take out your card. Multiple people were stuck trying to get out because of the card reader. Don’t worry, there is a way to get out, you just need to slide your card just right.

No on-site staff to help, but my car stuck after meeting ran late and I didn’t get to my car until after 7pm. There is a number to call for after hours, but the only options they give you is to find the pedestrian door to get to the garage, which is through a business that close at 6pm. And even if you get to get into the garage, which was what happened to me, your ticket will say it “bad ticket” and you still can’t get out of the lot. Tried calling customer service to troubleshoot and explain my situation and I was told they couldn’t do anything to help me.

Completely disorganized back office, no on-site staff, they will never return your calls. Email took 5 weeks to respond to. To deal with them, you literally need to go to their main office (downtown, and ironically, they have no parking for their customers lol) and talk to someone face to face. The "close at 7 and lock you out" reviews are spot on. I've been locked out 3x now. I'd love to have a better option for parking. The pits.

I wish I could give 0 star. This garage closes at 7 pm. After which nobody can get you out. I tried both the front door bell and tel. Some people let you pay and you can't even find a place to do it. They are totally useless.

Read the fine print. They close at 7pm and will lock you out. Then they will charge you $40 in cash to come down and manually let you out. No thanks. We caught a bus back home.
