Impark - Securities Building Garage Lot 2

Very disturbing experience. Park here if you want to be scammed and lied to. This is not a legitimate business, the signs out front saying you can exit after 10 for an additional fee are a lie, as the machines conveniently don’t work after 10- forcing you to leave your car in the garage overnight in order for you to be forced to pay huge amounts. The emergency number conveniently doesn’t work, and the “employee” had access to open the gate (as the ticket machine wasn’t working) and yet refused. Me and other people were simply trying to exit and pay the fee and yet for some reason we were being told that we could not leave the garage and that it closes at 10- completely contrary to all signs. After over an hour of arguing they sent us to another building blocks away to get an access key to

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - This shady parking lot may seem appealing due to their prices - but it is at best a scam and at worst a predatory criminal enterprise. The entire business model of Securities Garage is to 'close at 10' (they don't convey this) and then have their exit ticket machine 'broken' so that your car is trapped there overnight and are forced to pay exorbitant fees. Their machine isn't broken - they intentionally sabotage it (there are reviews saying the machine has been broken months ago). When we attempted to leave (along with another vehicle) at 10:03PM, the guy who worked at the front gate suspiciously disappeared and after calling every listed number we could find, two 'security guards' appeared and refused to help us, telling us they didn't actually work there and that we

Comfortable safe and decent location to park your vehicle and move around. little difficult to identify though it is on the fourth avenue, better the people fix a plate bearing the door number, since we had to go around a bit to locate inspire of the mapping apps.

Didn't have any problems here. Prices seemed fair for a long day of visiting the city, and the security/gate person was friendly. Only issue was the stairwell door we exited from was locked in the late afternoon upon our return, which necessitated a bit of extra walking to the main entrance. Not the end of the world.

This place sucks. Bring your ticket with you!!! Even though on the ticket it says to leave it in your car and you pay as you are leaving you cannot get into the pedestrian entrance to the garage without it! The attendants are totally useless too. There’s a ton of parking garages in downtown, so go anywhere else.
