Clearly a history of terrible interactions with customers and my experience was no different. The awful employee running this garage needs a lesson in communication. The manager Francis is equally as unprofessional. Spent one hour parked at garage, returned to pay when i was leaving and my ticket would read error. Used the intercom to inform the attendant that it was not working. He spoke with a very heavy accent through the intercom and i was having a very difficult time understanding. I informed him of this, his solution was to raise his voice to the point of yelling. I went to the office to speak with the attendant who was beyond unprofessional and extremely rude and was told I’d have to pay the lost ticket fee of $24, keep in mind I’m holding my time stamped and dated ticket that was d

This parking garage seems to always be full, or at least you have to drive drive all the way up to the top floor in order to get a parking spot. Spot. The thing that really makes me upset about this place is that they do not accept Apple Pay or Google Pay or any other form of digital payment. They require a physical credit card. This is 2025 and I rarely carry a physical credit card. Most of my purchases are made on my Google watch. For that matter, why not just allow digital payment at the exit? You could then save a trip to the little machine to get your ticket validated. Now let's talk about the elevator. Two people maximum capacity? WTH?

The Parking Attendants are very rude and do not know how to speak to women. Had an issue with my validated parking ticket, a man came right behind me, had the same issue and they were polite with him plus helped him get his car out.

This garage is very clean, well lit, has pay meters at all walkable entrances/exits, nice staff, and very affordable. Machines take cash and cards. Parked here and took a short walk over to the wellmont theater in town.

Be careful. Phone number doesn't work. Website doesn't work. No customer service. Pay with cash! I have used this lot a handful of times but recently there was an issue with meter and I ended up being charged for the same instance on 3 separate cards. After returning from a nearby shop, I arrived at the parking lot ready to pay before leaving. My first card did not work I got "credit card errorr 25." "Transcation canceled" I tried another credit card same error message. Finally I tried my debit card and it went through. 3 days later 2 of my credit cards the "transaction canceled" cards had charges on them.
