Impark - Washington Avenue Garage Lot 91

Been parking here for years. So far, my car has been fine but it does not feel very safe when it's dark. They have put in more cameras and I do see a security guard in the evening but considering how much they've raised prices over the last few years 'to improve the customer experience' I do not think they've done enough to make this feel like a place I would want to ever leave my car overnight, let alone be comfortable parking at late at night.

If you are OK with the monthly parking rates rising year after year, it's OK I guess. What can I say? It's a parking garage

Is the cheapest parking in down town Bremerton and is free in after 5pm. Easy walk to Ferry and shipyard. Well lit and seems safe. Only issue is how to tight the spots are. You do not need to leave the ticket on the dashboard..

Zero stars if possible. When I was changing my girlfriend's car battery out, security showed up and asked if we were stealing her car. I was happy they were attentive, but when my car was ACTUALLY STOLEN from this garage in their monthly parking spaces, they saw and heard nothing. Security only when it's convenient isn't security. Absolutely unacceptable. Edit for or reference: I parked in this garage for 13 days before my car was stolen. This place is just a shopping center for car thieves.

I bought the monthly parking it was $120 and it is not 11 days into the parking THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE. They contacted my boyfriend before the 1st to tell us we need to pick up the pass before a certain day or they will be sending it in the mail. We went to pick up the pass before that day ON BUSINESS HOURS and guess what no one is there. So we call and call and call and no one has yet to pick up yet. I paid 120 dollars for this parking and have yet to be able to use it I just want a refund but I can't get anyone to answer and they have no email for me to email
