Customer Reviews
18 month old tub has a broken door and cannot be used. Installer has been non-responsive to emails and voice mail. Several corporate offices also non-responsive. Head office in NY says that, (despite extensive Warranty information provided by installer) there is no warranty if bought through an LLC and not directly from the company. When the door broke it flooded and caused my ceiling to fall down. Senior ladies with no tub, no ceiling and no response. I fully expect this review to be removed.
