Independent Interiors (Formerly Independent Paint & Flooring)

We stopped into Independent Interiors today looking for flooring for our home; we are just starting to look at options. The gal at the counter was not knowledgeable AT ALL. She said, “well, the carpet is over here,” and the IBT is over here.” We mentioned that we have dogs and want something pet friendly. She knew nothing. She didn’t explain anything to us. She could have been polite and said something like the sales person is out right now, but if you leave your name and number, they can get back to you. BUT, NO. Nothing. We ended up going to a competitor and we will be spending upwards of 20 grand somewhere else! Your loss.

I’ve worked with Independent Interiors for years as a contractor on kitchen and bath renovation projects. The team is always professional, reliable, and a pleasure to collaborate with.

I worked with Beth for flooring for our entry ways, bathroom and kitchen. She was great to work with, and even came to our house to help us get the colors and flooring choices right for our project. The installers did a great job, the flooring looks great, and she sent us a thank you card when the job was all done. Beth's customer service was fantastic and after the floors were done, we decided that we had to paint, and the paint she recommended was fantastic, didn't make our whole house smell, and went on easy. Thank you Beth for all the help, and if you are doing some house projects, I would recommend that you give Beth a chance.

They sell Benjamin Moore....nothing more to say. BM Regal is amazing paint, one coat coverage and very washable. Friendly service, nice people and they even have a play place for little ones while you mull around colors. If you need to paint, give them a try.

If you are going here for paint seek out the older lady in their paint department. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. The men that tried helping us we found to be arrogantly dismissive and inattentive to our needs.
