I recommended IPS to her after a friend recommended you all. You arrived on scene in less than two hours, got the repair done, and stated you would invoice her later. She was so happy with the service you provided her. Thank you for taking great care of your customers. Although you did not know she was widowed, your company and your technician put her at ease and made her very satisfied. I appreciate what you did for her.

These guys are great for larger new construction projects. And what’s great is they have a separate sort of department for smaller remodel work, so they are able to handle both types of work well , which can be a challenge. Dave is great at working with contractors on kitchen and bath remodels and a lot of the contractors in town that I have referred them to have really appreciated their top notch service. I would recommend. Probably not a home services, service call kind of outfit m, but maybe I’m wrong about that. Highly recommend !!
