We found severe mold upon move in in our rental and they have been above and beyond for us MANY times. Cody the owner and his team are great! Cody returned my call immediately and then drove 2 hours out to my house that same evening to assess water damage from a clogged drain pipe in the basement. He answered questions and gave me much needed information to get started on an insurance claim. He and his team were professional, clean, and went the extra mile to take care of and move the furniture to a dry shed. They left my basement super clean, neat, dry, and ready for restoration. Cody will also work directly with the insurance adjuster and he is very reasonable. Highly recommend Cody and his company!

I would like to thank Cody Brown the owner of Independent Restoration Services and Andrew Davie and team. A water pike broke inside the bedroom wall. I couldn't get over the quick response. Once Cody and his team arrived, they covered the flooring leading to the room, moved all the furniture out and then proceeded to take down the walls and pick up the rug and removed any contaminated materials, vacuumed wood joists, beams and moved the fans and dehumidifiers into the room and sealed the room to dry out. The efficiency of this company was wonderful the workers were GREAT good work ethics and well mannered. I highly recommend this company.
