We hired OMS to repair a bad installation done by another HVAC company. They came to our home and did several thousand dollars of work which made very little difference. Since then we have not been able to get a return call. Not a good quality in an HVAC company. We hired another company that was able to quickly fix our issue for a tenth of the price. Extremely frustrated and feel we were taken advantage of and ghosted afterwards.

Mike was fantastic. We’re first time home owners and he took the time to walk us through our system. He was such an honest guy and great to speak to. Will absolutely only be calling them for now on. Customer for life.

Glenn and his team have been taking care of our heating and cooling needs on our 4 properties since 2017. They advise us and do good work and helped us through 3 major remodels and will be helping us again with our custom new home build. Glenn is reliable and trustworthy. I think all his other customers must also love him as he is always very busy. But I appreciate that Glenn will always find the time somehow when we are in need of his services. He is an all round great guy to work with, and also his team who did work for us are all great guys. Highly recommend.

We have been working with OMS and Glen for years and we are so grateful to have found him! He is fantastic to work with and always takes care of our needs as soon as possible, even during emergencies. His guys that work for him are great too! Would highly recommend!
