Indiana Parking Garage

Very disrespectful management. I wrongfully received a parking ticket. I filled out the in-person dispute form which requires a phone number, email address, and home address. Two weeks later I haven’t received any form of communication, so I called in to enquire about the dispute. I was told it was rejected, but that’s all the information the person over the phone could provide. So I emailed the parking garage using the email on their official website. It’s been 11 days and I haven’t gotten an email reply. I just called and confirmed that the email address was correct. It was. I find it extremely disrespectful that I wasn’t replied to. I don’t mind paying for a $15 ticket, but I do mind not being treated fairly and like a human being.

Decent parking decent price $4 for up to 8 or 10 hours does add up but there is monthly passes you can purchase. I park there at least 6 days a week and I have no complaints

Rude attendant on the phone and in person, but don't forget the $3.50 "convenience fee" when paying. Welcome to Indiana Pa

Yeah apparently the borough of Indiana is ruled by common sense.
