Update July 25, 2025. My pool has been installed!! The crew showed up and did a fine job installing the pool. The location on my property was not ideal to get into. However they did a fine job getting the pool down there and installing the pool in a timely manner once they were on site. I only have one complaint now! The sand bottom is not as good as I expected. There are some deep holes in the sand that are NOT footprints. These holes were not there when the installers left the work site. The holes appeared two to six days later and I'm afraid more holes may appear. They are NOT holes in a liner. My guess is that the holes are from lack of compaction of the sand. We were in the market for a hot tub, and went to all 3 Pool and Spa places in town. We went with Indiana Pools and Spas because of the quality of their hot tubs, the excellent customer service and the knowledgeable sales people in the shop. We went with the Marquis Nashville tub and we are so pleased with it - IP&S even threw in stairs and a handrail free with our purchase! The delivery personnel that delivered it to us were super fast, accommodating and kind. Once we had the hot tub filled and running, there is definitely a learning curve to figure out water balancing and what chemicals to use. We live in Muncie, and none of the spa places much closer than Bloomington would help us with our spa. We have purchased some repair items for our spa from Indiana Pools & Spas in the past, and we have been able to do the work ourselves. But we wouldn't have been able to without Brian's help. We recently had an issue and called Brian. He was so helpful and even went above and beyond in looking up information to help us. Brian and his company are the best!!

Had some technical difficulties with my spa and gave Indiana Pools and Spas a call. The came out twice and even spent 30 minutes on the phone with me getting it all sorted out. I am very appreciative of such high quality customer service.

The pool was cleaned amazing including my blue tile! I would recommend Indiana pool and spa now to anyone looking for pool and ask for Jordan and Jessica.
