Indoor Air – Air Duct Cleaning - Schaumburg

My husband recently developed mild cat allergies, and we have always lived with cats. The previous owner of our home ALSO had a cat. After speaking with my HVAC company who services our furnace and AC, they recommended me to Indoor Air. After owning the place for 10 years, I wanted to educate myself and learn about what this service entails. My place is a newer build, but I learned that even after homes are built ducts may never get cleaned in the home. While the service was pricy (cleaning + sanitizing was $700), the experience and results are definitely worth it. The vacuum was quiet, each vent was carefully covered and clean from room to room. The amount pet hair that was taken out of the vents let me know immediately I had made the right decision, and confirmed they were never cleaned!

Oh my goodness—I’m SO glad I called Indoor Air! I had no idea air ducts could even be cleaned until a friend recommended them. My house always got dusty fast, even with air purifiers running 24/7. Jake was super friendly and helped me book the appointment with zero hassle. I also loved that they texted me the technician’s name and photo ahead of time—it made me feel a lot more comfortable. Jonathan showed up right on time, explained everything clearly, and was kind and professional. He said the dust bag got really heavy—that’s how much was hiding in my vents!
