Thanks for sending Russ, his work ethic and attention to detail is inspiring. The AC system has been neglected and the outside unit was really clogged up. There was no shaming just a logical approach to returning the unit to "like-new" condition. The cleaning involved removing the top and side covers which the first contractor I hired said they didn't do. It certainly needed that level of detail this time. It was bad enough that I did have an extra half hour labor which I completely agree with. Next time it will be easy to stay in the allotted time-frame. I am a very happy customer. Mike E

First of all, my technician was on time very prompt and very courteous put booties on before she came into the house. Which, with all the snow out I appreciated! I had If you concerns on how to operate some extras that were put on my furnace she was very good explaining everything that I needed to know and to go over my entire furnace system and explain several other things to me.
