All the reviews raving about amazing customer service baffle me. I had the exact opposite experience with this company. I ordered new gutters for my house and they had them ready a day or two later, great! I picked them up and brought them to my house ready to put them up over the weekend. My friend and I tore my old gutters down and then went to put up the new gutters...only to realize metaltech gave us the wrong sized brackets. I ordered 5in and they gave me 6in. Thus, we couldn't do anything with those gutters at that point. I then had to take off the following Monday from work so that I could make the long drive down the Kirkwood and get this sorted. Rarely ever find great customer service like the guys at Metaltech provide, even if needing less than ten bucks worth of something, they will take care of what you need ASAP. Today was not the first time I've done business with Metaltech, and it sure won't be the last either. THANKS!

The price was good, customer service was ok, but every piece was 1/2-1 inch short. I'll go to them again but I'll definitely pad my measurements

Very helpful they have been in business for a long time and cover a wide range of colors for gutters they will make the gutters for the contractors. They offer a leaf protection produce similar to Surflow at a reasonable cost
