We reached out to several roofers—three or four in total—to fix a persistent leak in our wall, which we suspected was coming from the chimney area. Most of them seemed unsure about the root cause, offered only temporary fixes, and were frustratingly difficult to communicate with—some even no-showed multiple times or dragged their feet on providing a written estimate. Then we found Brad from Republic, and the difference was night and day. He assessed the issue with confidence, clearly explained the problem, and provided a solid plan for the repair. His office was responsive, easy to work with, and managed to schedule us quickly, even amid the chaotic weather in January. The pricing was fair, and most importantly, the leak is now completely fixed. We are no longer dreading the rainy season
