Stay away from Infinity floors. I bought a brand new home which is under warranty for 1 year. Due to incorrect installation there was a raised portion along a seam that turned into a small piece of the wood peeling up. See photo, Infinity Floors thinks that installation is acceptable.Infinity will not stand by there work and are trying to blame the manufacturer. Woman who answered the phone was also very rude. Stay away from Infinity floors, if you have a problem you will be on your own..

The staff is very professional and friendly. The selection is massive! From basic materials to extremely rare and high-end. Design and build for residential and commercial. Or just to order materials through. The owner is definitely one of the very best in the country.

Terrible experience with this company. Had wood floors installed all over the house and when the product started to show defects in the finish in every room after install they refused to address. Stay away - buyer beware!
