Infinity came highly recommended from my insurance agent and they did not disappoint. Great communication throughout the process and a high quality finished product. We had a broken pipe under the house that went unnoticed over a long weekend out of town. Really appreciate the thoroughness, especially when dealing with restoration. Any stone left unturned can turn into big issues down the road when it comes to moisture issues. Infinity went above and beyond to make sure our house was in better condition than before our broken pipe issues.

Very disappointing!!!! Bottomline, if your insurance company recommends Infinity, go find your own independent contractor first. My insurance company sent this company out to look at the damage done to my home due to a fire resulting from a failing surge protector. They were here for approximately 15 mins. I asked when they would send me the estimate. They said that they didn't work that way; they would be sending it to the insurance company. Wait a minute! They are supposed to be working for me. Strange. But I went along. Then, when I receive the estimate, which seemed pretty low to me, I realized that they made recommendations for repairs that they could not have been sure needed to happen. For example, they said all of the insulation in the attic needed to be replaced, but they didn't
