Terrible communication and when they did finally get out to move my safe they decided they couldn't... knowing the full details of what I needed with pictures and all. Complete waist of time. Do yourself a favor and head over to ***"NICK OF TIME MOVING"*** they moved my large safe after 4 other companies turned it down. You'll thank me later!

The Team was AMAZING!! They were able to get my husband's 700 lb gun safe out of the basement at our condo and into the basement at our Farm without touching the walls! I would HIGHLY recommend them! Also, the crew was very polite & professional!

I am a Project Manager for a commercial company in Fort Worth, Tx., and was in need of a vault removal specialist for a project here. After reaching out to several demolition companies, I found Ingram Bros. They were extremely helpful and professional in my experience with them. Though I did not use them for this project, I was very impressed with the experience I had. Without exception I would recommend this company for anyone interested in a quality company who goes above and beyond in their work.

I can’t imagine a worse moving experience. Not only was our move (August 2025) rescheduled multiple times, the movers damaged the wall of my home during the move. We scheduled with them to complete repairs, but they did literally not show up - not once, but TWICE. At that point, our house had been sold and we had to vacate, and had to pay $300 in damages to the new owners. It took ALMOST SIX MONTHS to recoup damages, which I finally received today. And they only paid us half. This was after promising, in writing, that they would reimburse us the full damages after failing to show up to do repairs. On one of the phone calls while attempting to receive reimbursement, the owner literally told me they DIDN’T HAVE THE MONEY. It was $300. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

They are a Godsend that’s all I can say! I called multiple safe moving companies trying to get a gun safe out of my father’s basement into my basement, and they were the ONLY ones who would help me! The two men that came were so polite and professional . They explained what they were doing and were so fast at moving it. I would 1000% recommend them for all safe moving need!
