Sam came out the very next day to take measurements and brought several carpet and padding options to choose from. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which made the process super easy. The pricing was better than what you’d find with the big companies, and the quality was even better. Scheduling installation was simple, and his team showed up right on time. They handled everything in a single day—including moving heavy furniture, removing the old carpet and padding, installing the new carpet, and putting all the furniture back exactly as it was. From start to finish, getting new carpet for my basement living area was the easiest home improvement I have ever done! Sam was fabulous when he came out to measure and provide a quote. He was so enthusiastic and happy to share samples and talk about the plans I had. He quoted a very fair price and once I had decided which option I wanted, Sam set me up for install with his installer within the same week! We spoke with both Sam and Mike during two visits to the store to decide how to update our basement stairway. Both gave the information we needed with no pressure. We ended up going with carpeting, and they were very flexible in booking the job according to our schedule. The installers did a great job and cleaned up everything.
