We had a great experience with The Flooring Company! The whole installation went very smoothly. Our builder’s subfloor wasn’t perfectly level, but their team handled it professionally and even helped sand down the doors to make everything fit perfectly. Now the floors look great — no squeaking noises at all, just as promised. Our staircase was originally built for carpet, so installing hardwood was not easy, and the height around the railings didn’t match perfectly at first. However, they replaced the treads with thicker ones at no extra charge, and the final result looks fantastic. Overall, I’m very happy with their workmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommend this company!

Initially, customer service was great. I placed an order for flooring that was only available online and was told to expect delivery within one week. After a week passed with no updates, I called to follow up and was informed that the order had not yet been placed. I then waited another week for delivery. On the scheduled delivery day, I was told the driver was en route and that delivery would occur by 10:00 a.m. After waiting over an hour and a half, the order did not arrive until around 11:30 a.m. or noon. I later returned to order the same flooring and to inquire about kitchen cabinetry. I provided a floor plan with dimensions and photos. This time, I was quoted a 45% increase per square foot for the same flooring product I had previously ordered. I asked for the pricing to be double-
