Mark was great! He explained all the steps that needed to be taken, being sure to advise of any all risks with my Mom’s older boiler with extremely old water valves. He also installed a new thermostat and programmed it so my Mom would be able to stay warm. I highly recommended Mark and team. Highly professional

We had a system installed and the folks from Innovative were extremely professional. They were responsive, timely and followed up several times to ensure that all was done properly. When there was a small leak in the newly installed system due to a minor connection, someone arrived within 30 minutes. I highly recommend.
