The housing market today is completely different from that of just a couple of years ago. Along with the high rise in prices, so does the prospect of dealing with the unskilled and unscrupulous that a buyer needs to complete any deal. But, because of Inspection Wizards we successfully got a deal through due to the high quality and detailed information gathered by this company. Also, the level of personal attention is at a level that I haven't experienced in many years. For example, on the eve of our closing, a repair (pointed out by inspector Mohamed) required confirmation and certification from the underwriter; otherwise, no closing! We had a great experience w/ Inspection Wizards. They were so thorough with the inspection that they did for the house we're selling (thank goodness the buyers of our home hired Inspection Wizards or we might not have found them) that I immediately thought to hire them for the house we're buying. They did a great job on the inspection (again very thorough) in an easy to read format and were on-time and provided the inspection via email in a timely manner (same day actually). Bill Hamilton was amazing. I emailed him on a Sunday he responded same day immediately. Called me and set up an appointment for the very next day. The home inspection was beyond thorough! I am very impressed and will recommend him to all my friends for their home inspection. My real estate agent and my lender were very impressed as well and will be using him too.

I texted Bill on a Wednesday night and he and his team were able to squeeze me in for Friday afternoon for a home, pool, and radon inspection. Bill was extremely personable, showed true passion for his work, and the inspection report that he provided me was extremely thorough! I current going the new home buying experience and I was referred to Inspection Wizard by a friend. They call me to set up the appointment they were nice, they gave me brief overview of what they were going to they even email me their credentials and where they have previous provided there inspection service in the past. They text me with update and was even able to reschedule and get the inspection done earlier then previous set. I after they where don they forward me a thorough inspection report (over 100pg) that they also informed all the invalved parties, that the inspection was completed. These Guys were great. I’m be happy to refer them to anybody I’ll surely be contact them again if I need any additional inspection services in the future..
