The Inspired Closets team was here yesterday to outfit our mudroom/laundry and primary bedroom closet, and they came out great! Our designer, Kristina, was a pleasure to work with. She was patient and helpful while we worked through several design iterations to meet our needs and budget. The installers, Kevin and Albert, were punctual (even ten minutes early), friendly and competent… excellent on-site craftsmen. They made sure everything was clean, sanitized and vacuumed before leaving. We are also impressed with the quality of the cabinetry, from soft-close doors and drawers to hardware and overall fit and finish. I couldn’t be happier with my new walk-in closet! The entire process was wonderful from start to finish. Our designer, Amy, came to our home and really took the time to understand exactly what we needed. She asked detailed questions about how many shoes and clothes we wanted to store so the layout would truly work for us. She even met us at the showroom so we could see the different closet setups in person, which made it so much easier to visualize everything. The installation team, Kevin and Albert, were fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and very respectful of our home—removing their shoes and keeping everything clean while they worked. Recently moved to a new home with a long blank wall in the kitchen and a laundry/bath room that needed storage. Amy came to our home to hear wish list for each space, helped envision what could be and took all the measurements. She kept us involved, emailing ideas and the designs for our input and 2 weeks later met her at the showroom where we narrowed down a few items, realized some things needed to be revised and awaited the schedule date. She took her time with us, we never felt rushed. On the scheduled day, Kevin, Albert and Pete arrived with the materials, asked before making any adjustments and kept us in the loop then entire time. We worked with Inspired Closets on two projects—our master bedroom walk-in closet and our laundry room—and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Our designer, Jodie, was truly outstanding. She is professional, organized, thoughtful, and incredibly efficient. She understood our ideas almost immediately and always thought from the client’s perspective, often offering creative solutions and design ideas we hadn’t even considered. Her problem-solving skills really stood out. On installation day for our closet, we discovered that the drawer handles had been installed incorrectly. Terrific experience! Our designer Jodie was thoughtful, creative, and responsive. She had a great balance of listening carefully to our needs but weighing in diplomatically when there was a better way than what we imagined. She was very flexible in coming to our home and generous with her time and expertise. She turned our design around in just a few days! A+!! Our installation team was fantastic! Kevin, Pete, and Albert were professional, SUPER efficient, super neat, sweet to our dogs, respectful of our home, and all-around great guys.
