Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

When our water heater sprang a leak my wife and I bought a new one, but quickly realized the plumbing would need a professional redo. David "Kentucky" came out on a Sunday, arriving exactly when he said he would, and got the job done quickly and professionally. Great, quality service. Highly recommended.

Dave showed up early, same day I called for service. Fixed the issue promptly, explained everything he was doing, & never tried to sell me anything extra. Super friendly & personable. Third time I've used Roto-Rooter & will always be my go-to for plumbing issues.

Called for a plugged kitchen sink, and got very quick response. There had been a cancelation, so a tech was at our house within 2 hours. The clog was stubborn, but Corey stuck with it, and got the pipe cleared. Thanks for a great result. I felt the price was a bit steep, but for the fast service, can't really complain. Thanks Corey!

Main drain line in house clogged. Sewage backed up. Dispatcher was efficient, kept us informed of TOA and price estimate. Technician David (Kentucky) called before arriving on time, was polite and professional. Successfully completed the job quickly (on a Saturday night!) and was very personable.
