The PuroClean team cleaned our carpets recently and as usual, did an outstanding job! We had spilled a coffee latte on our relatively new carpet and couldn’t get the stain out. We were concerned that the spot, in a very visible area, was permanent. The team got the stain out completely and our home looks beautiful again. We’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend you give them a try!

We had a small kitchen fire in our new home and PuroClean VT came to the rescue. Vince came over immediately after hours to set up a large HEPA air purifier and a few days later Pete came over to collect the equipment and perform a test for contaminants on the walls of the kitchen. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable and professional. We know who to call for any home emergencies but hopefully that won’t happen anytime soon. 10/10 recommend these guys!

I had great service from the staff at the Vermont PuroClean location when I contacted them to have several houses in our neighborhood get their dryer vents cleaned. The service guys were polite, efficient and on time. Would totally use them again. Highly recommend!

Good cleaning. Bad price transparency. Came in roughly $800 (110%) over what I was verbally quoted. Costs that we were not informed above before cleaning: Base cost of after-hours service; additional after-hours feels for all services; Equipment setup & take down; equipment cleaning charges; cleaning "more than the floor"; PPE fees. Workers did not inform us that some services involved additional fees when they proposed the services on-site. Unclear how much "after-hours" fees were, but we would've waited until regular hours had we gotten a realistic estimate up front. All are reasonable charges, but we were not made aware of the fees. Some fees were for trivial additional cleaning (~$120) that I would've done myself had I known it would cost extra. I recommend asking for a full price b

Our hot water tank flooded our basement, and Kory & John arrived quickly after contacting them to begin drying and mitigation. They did excellent work taking up the floors, moving valuable items, and getting the area dried. Fantastic service!
