Integrity Chem-Dry II

This place tried to upsell me from a quote I received of $250 to $510!! I called on a ValPak coupon. They had a BOGO, so I was quoted $150 for my 7ft couch, loveseat was free with coupon and $50 each for carpet in 2 bedrooms that couldn’t have been more than 250 sq. Ft. Each. He said, “well, they can’t really quote without seeing it “ why would they give me a quote then?? He continued to tell me all the unnecessary things he would need to do. I told him I couldn’t spend that and said sorry for wasting his time and asked him to leave. He called a minute later and said he talked to his boss and would drop it to $420. I said no. He called again and I wouldn’t answer, so he texted me and said he talked to his boss again and he said they could do it for the $250. What? Unbelievable! So shady.

Worst decision of my life was to trust Chem-Dry carpet cleaning. I called 2 months in advance to get an appointment on New Year's Eve. I have a tenant that was showing up on New Year's Day. I know this may not be the best day to schedule something but they assured me, actually called me back to assure me that they would be there on that day for my service. I called 10 days prior to the day of the appointment in order to confirm that they would be there. I was told that they would be there and my service was to be done between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. . I was first on the schedule. On my appointment day got up early in order to prepare the house for the carpet cleaning. At 8:30 got a call saying that they wanted to reschedule because their guy could not show up. Thank you very much for helping me with my carpet. I had a long time looking for someone who would really leave my carpet impeccable. I was very satisfied with the results. I did not imagine that it would be so perfect. I recommend them and I would provide this service again many more times.

Justin did the talking upon arrival. We had 3 rugs cleaned. I wish I had known this information before Integrity ChemDry arrived. 1-Across the top of the invoice is a description of services offered. Get familiar with your options. 2- know the sizes of your rugs. You are charged by the square foot. Justin measured a larger size on each rug. 3- know exactly what material your rugs consist of. We were charged for wool rug cleaning, which is 2x as expensive. I turned over the corner if the rug stating 100% polyester. Justin insisted he knew his rugs and the rug was absolutely wool. He started he has a "tester" to confirm. That tester was never used. When the corner content showed 100% polyester the price changed. So half the price, WRONG assumption.
