He took the time to explain what was going on with my garage door, walked me through my options, and gave helpful guidance without any pressure. The pricing was very fair, and I really appreciated the honesty and transparency. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely continue using Integrity Garage Services in the future. We received excellent service from Integrity Garage Door, their installation crew was professional, very organized and quickly removed a temporary enclosure that our contractor put up, installed our new garage door and cleaned up everything, leaving it spotless. This was the second time we have used Integrity Garage Door and both times have been great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their old garage door.

My original rating was 5 stars and it was well deserved based on the responsiveness of the company including their on-time arrival. And communication. The work too was very good, and I know from doing the same work in the past that it was done right. My only complaint is the lack of up front and transparent pricing leading me to question the value of what I paid. If I knew it was going to be over $400 to replace the drive belt and 'tune up' the door, I would have done it myself. I had already bought the belt for $35. The technician was here for an hour so the hourly rate is equivalent to a certified SAE car mechanic. A garage door is not a car! There is definitely value provided so I recommend this company to anyone who cannot do this work themselves. But for me, I will seek other

I highly recommend this company. From the first interaction with Pamela, who was so friendly and helpful. We called day of and they were able to squeeze us in. Pamela was super helpful and let me know throughout the day if her technician would be able to make it same day. I was fine to schedule an appointment for Monday but they made it work. Great communication and quick response. The technician Alexander was great, knew what he was doing and had our door fixed, up and running in No time. It’s nice to find a company that has integrity and does what they claim. I don’t know a lot about garage repair costs but I feel it was a fair price for the work. We will definitely be using them if we ever need to in the future and recommend them to others
