Then promptly the next day the new unit was installed! Zach and Wayner were both professional and tidy. They did the job in less time than estimated! We have had integrity for 7 months, the a.c worked great, how ever the heat has not worked well at all we have had many issues and contacted the office many times, they are lacking help with techs. We have had 2 techs out here. The first one didn't know what he was talking about. The second one was real nice and took the time to talk with me. He does have to come back because of tech support. Errors from the istulastion. Now the pump is making a noise. It seems like nothing is getting done. These cold times make it very difficult to keep a baby warm it has been 64 degrees in the am and 68 in the evening. We are very unhappy with this establishment
