Do not trust this man. Recently used him for a home purchase and he screwed us. All he did was turn faucets on and off and stand inside and feel cold air to test AC. He missed the following and lied saying it was not broken: Water pooling in AC vents clearly visible, Broken Pipe in crawlspace (Clearly visible), Rotted wood on panels side of house, Rotted deck boards, Serious erosion issues, Non functional lights on several locations, Broken hand rail and so much more. He is either terrible at his job or in Cahoots with the realtors, Cannot stress avoiding him at all costs.

Michael is an amazing inspector to work with! My fiancé and I have been on the lookout for a forever home and have used him 3 times now. He’s very detailed, knowledgeable, and thorough in his inspections! I lucked out and was even able to call a day before we needed one and he was more than happy to come out. I highly recommend him!!!
