Mr. Hightower made sure that my home had everything put in place the same day that my flood happened. The mitigation process was very stressful for me, but Mr. Hightower was there to reassure this is all part of the process. He is a very stand-up businessman and is very knowledgeable at what he does. This is not only a great quality for his business to succeed, but it also says something about his wonderful character.
