Pool Brothers Cabinets + Flooring + Lighting

Title: Excellent advice and service In February, we came home to find a leaking hose to the clothes washer. This caused the 2x6 pine floor boards in the laundry room and a small section of a hall and a small section of nearby baseboard to “cup”. I called Pool Brothers expecting that we would have to replace the flooring. I spoke with Jamie Owens. We discussed the options and he suggested that we purchase a small dehumidifier and place this near the cupped boards and see if this would help. We also purchased plastic strip door kits from Amazon to seal off the area. It took several months but ALL of the boards eventually returned to their prior shape. My experience with Pool Brothers was excellent. One of the most valuable experiences is when you first meet the Pool Brothers and associates at their office to plan your project. After discussing what you want to do they visit your house and take all necessary measurements and help wit suggestions. Next you visit there again to select tiles, lighting, cabinets, fixtures, etc. After that you receive a detailed line item plan of exactly how the job will be completed step by step with payments and time they’re due. It’s professionally done and detailed with all the measurements. Upon the start of the job the crew comes in and puts down covers where they’ll be walking and ceiling to floor dust stopping walls to keep it contained to the work area. We just finished our home project and were super pleased with our kitchen cabinets and flooring from Pool Brothers. Keith did an excellent job helping us narrow down and then order our cabinets and flooring and his brother David did an excellent job managing the install process. We were pleased with the communication and the subs they used were all skilled and tidy. What more could you ask for? We highly recommend the Shiloh cabinet line we bought from there. They are slightly more expensive than big box store cabinets but the quality is far superior. We’d highly recommend Pool Brothers.

After reading several of the reviews, I felt it was important to leave mine as well. I have used PB on a personal and business level over the past 7-8 years. From LVP, hardwood or tile flooring and showers. They had me covered. They are very professional, competitively priced and stand behind their work 100%. They recently completed another job on my personal home and everything went smooth from start to finish. If you are looking to remodel, refinish or new construction, I would definitely give these guys a chance to create your perfect space. I just had some old floors refinished! I’m so in love with them, they did an amazing job! They look so good I don’t even want to walk on them.
