As the interior design center for K Hovnanian home builders, ILG provided little to no guidance for us when we came to make the choices for our new home. We were given an inexperienced consultant and communicated with the head designer via a zoom-type call, which was worthless. There were design choices that didn’t have examples for us to actually put our hands on. When we had follow up questions for some choices we had made, our emails and voicemails were never returned. We never felt like valued clients and honestly felt like part of an assembly process. We’re concerned that this feeling is part of a bigger issue with the company’s culture and possibly the home builder.
