I Bought my home a year and a half ago and all my flooring is coming up contacted ILG Flooring they sent a guy out and he said sorry there’s only a 1 year warranty on the flooring it’s obvious it was poorly glued and not laid correctly. They will not stand behind their workmanship at all. Do not buy from them.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Interior Logic Group of Orlando during the tile replacement process in my home. The following is a detailed account of the numerous issues encountered and the unprofessional handling of the situation. The representative later visited my home to explain the replacement process. He assured me that a membrane would be applied over the cracks before the new tile installation. He also provided details about the reimbursement process and instructed me to turn off the AC and vacate the home for one week. The installers began the project on June 17, 2024, but surprisingly completed it in just two days. Alex from ILG did a great job fixing the errors from the original shower pan installers. Nothing is perfect, but he spent a lot of time removing the previously installed tile, which was not even a year old, and gave us a much better sloped shower pan towards the drain. Super nice guy and a hard worker who knows his trade.

They are a sub contractor for our new build and let me tell you its some of the worst tile work I have ever seen. Used wrong color grout and instead of replacing, slapped the correct color on top. Spacing is inconsistent with some tiles having no space between them, used a grinder instead of a wet saw to cut tile resulting in jagged edges on tiles, some tiles are not level almost like someone stepped on them after install, grout lines are wavy, the list is as long as my...well its very long. This would not be a problem if the company accepted responsibility and promptly addressed the issues, but this is not the case as they dodge calls and give you the run around. We are currently going on 5 weeks of waiting for the repairs.

I bought a house 12 months ago and the laminate flooring started to lift up. I contacted my warranty department from who I bought the house from. They sent this “so called” inspector to inspect the flooring. I shown him where it was lifting. After the inspection he said he would be contacting the warranty department at Dream Finder homes. He only told them that everything was ok and no warranty issue. Do not use this company as seem to be lazy and do not do their job properly.
