I called International on a Sunday to leave a message about urgently needing them ASAP the next working day. I was surprised to get an immediate response from Joel with the promise that he would be out first thing the next day. He came personally and was on time! He found our septic problem, plus smoothed out the ground that was disturbed by the digging and the truck. His price was substantially lower than the other plumbers we got quotes from. THANK YOU, JOEL!!

We were so thankful to Joel for his prompt and professional service when we were in a crisis! Less than two weeks in our new home we discovered some major septic issues (word to the wise, if you are buying a home even from a licensed realtor...ALWAYS do your research). But thanks to Joel and International Septic we had the problem fixed the very next day and we were very appreciative that he took the time to walk us through everything he was doing step by step. We will definitely be calling them for all our future septic needs!

Had the septic tank pumped out and some repairs done. Very friendly and professional. Did a great job. Very thorough.

Do not fall for Joel kirks "magic" chemical treatment. Shame in me for being so gullible but shame in Joel for not standing behind his word and making this right. Said he would apply money paid to a "real" fix but never followed up. Just kept making excuses as to why he couldn't do the job. Be careful people. Do not use this snake oil salesman. He's a fast talker and will walk all over you if you let him which I did. Just trying to save someone else from the financial hardship this man created for me.

I wanted to thank Joel for coming out and pumping our septic today. He was very professional and answered any questions I had. The price I was told is the price I paid. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again in the future when needed. Thanks again!
