The shitiest parking and its MANAGEMENT ever. You live in the building but you don't often have a place to park. You want to have a reserved place, maybe you will be lucky. You pay extra for a reserved lot but its often taken by someone already. Whether you are pregnant or injured NOBODY cares! Oh, they do care, they care to give reserved lots to Companies, shops nearby and their customers but building tenants! And every second night you will be able to see teens racing around the parking on scooters, bikes, smoking drinking and crawling on the 3rd Market glass roof, so is your car safe there? I do recommend to look for other place!!! "0" stars!!!

I am currently 8 months pregnant, and when we chose this apartment, one of the most important factors for us was having parking available nearby. We signed the lease believing everything would be convenient and as advertised. Unfortunately, from the very first weeks it became clear that this was not the case at all. Whenever there is an event, a concert, or simply many visitors at the nearby restaurant, it becomes almost impossible to find a parking spot. Most spaces are reserved for company members, hotel guests, or marked as disabled parking. As residents, we often end up circling for a long time with no available options. After MSO concerts at night Sunday through Thursday all doors to the garage from Wisconsin ave are locked . Hey management how is an individual supposed to get to there car. Myself and many older and special needs with wheelchairs , walkers and canes have no direct access to get to their vehicle other than walk the ramps . I find the manager that locks us out to be lacking in the knowledge needed to give normal easy access to. Walking up a series of ramps is unconscionable and extremely mean spirited to those that really need easy access management is to manage a situation not to prevent people that are in their 70s and 80s with special needs non-access if this continues I will make a public report to the city. Wish I could give 0 stars. Trying to obtain a parking permit when I lived in one of the attached apartment was impossible through their website, and their email and phone support wasn’t helpful. I finally gave up and went to the office twice before someone could finally help me. Then the company made a bunch of “security” updates that don’t actually make the garage more secure— just more confusion or difficulty getting back to your car. When I requested to cancel my parking permit they said they said they have a “30-day no mid-month termination policy”- so I have to pay another month! I abhor this parking garage and company.

Ive never used this garage and NOT had an issue with the doors, being locked out/in of the garage for 10+ minutes.
