I entered the Well St parking structure attached to the Hyatt Regency in downtown MKE. Once in the hotel realized that my reservation was actually at the downtown Hyatt Place. This hotel is about 6 blocks away. By the time I returned to my car to leave the structure charged me over $30 to exit. All for being in the garage about 15 minutes. When I tried to follow up to get a refund was told I exceeded the 10 minute grace period therefore charge the right amount. Highway robbery to say the least about this company.

Paid for preferred parking at Am Fam. Still received a ticket. Left numerous messages and emails...3 weeks later NO response! And they have the balls to mail a late notice on the violation. Get a clue and properly staff and respond to people. Sad Am Fam has to use a sketchy 3rd party service!! Yikes, beware!🤦‍♂️

Attended a card show in St. Paul and parked in the Travelers lot managed by Interstate Parking. Nobody attending the gate when arriving, they had a gate with tickets but the ticket machine wasn't working. There was a sign on the light poles wit ha QR code to pay in advance but nothing stating you have to pay in advance since it's a gated lot. Returning to my vehicle I found a parking violation for $90 with a threat that if not paid will be reported to collections and the credit bureau. This company just scams people and I'm sure they just hope you don't assume you need to scan a QR code to park in their lot. I would not park here or anywhere Interstate Parking has a lot. On principal I hope you choose another lot and if considering monthly parking to avoid this shady Interstate Parking com

This company is wholly incompetent. I purchased a parking pass at a local business, whose parking is managed by Interstate. Despite having a valid pass, I was ticketed. When I brought this issue up to the employees of said business they expressed sympathy, as they are also typically issue tickets incorrectly. If your business needs parking enforcement services, do not use this company as they will just anger your employees and customers. I do not plan on patronizing the business until they end their contract with Interstate.

Corrupt and unresponsive. Do not answer or return phone calls in response to questions/concerns. Issued a "fine" for parking in a lot that is not marked. If you are going to leave citations/fines on people's vehicles, I would expect your parking spaces/lots to be clearly marked at entrances, clearly depict parking rates and give options to pay. Otherwise, they should be gated. Watch out MKE, these guys are crooks.
