Interstate Parking

This is a garbage company run by garbage people just looking to scam you. I purchased a monthly parking pass here then they "ticketed" me when I did park there. They have no way to contact them on their ticket. So after getting three tickets for parking, after I'd purchased a monthly pass, they finally returned my call only to inform me that I still owed them $285 for three tickets when a monthly pass cost $120. I absolutely refused to pay and then I started to send me letters threatening to send me to collections. Garbage Company! Garbage people. They are absolute frauds! DO NOT PARK HERE. Predatory payment process and confusing on purpose to extort money. Instead of taking a ticket at the entrance and paying upon exit like every other ramp, you have to pay in advance for the amount of time you *think you'll be there.* This is poorly explained on minimal, confusing, small, and very poorly placed signs in the ramp. If you miss these signs, you will receive a parking violation of $61. If you don't pay for enough time or forget to pay for additional time, you will receive a parking violation of $61. Myself and numerous others missed these signs, as there were several cars around me with yellow parking violation envelops on their windshields. Coming in, there are 3 points of entry that bottleneck down to one ticket station. The exit has two lanes but was still incredibly slow. If you pay in the app you need to exit within 20 minutes... After a concert at the Armory we waited in line to exit for 18 minutes. I'd park a mile away and walk before I park in this ramp again.

This company is the worst. Parked at the St. Anthony Ramp for 1.5 hours. Had to scan a code for payment. Thought it went through. When I got back to my car their employee had taken a picture of my Plate and left a citation. He was also doing it on other cars as well. I told him I had paid and it must not have gone through. I gave him $20 for the parking and he said not to worry about it he would take care of it and sometimes there are issues with scanning the bar code. A month later I get a bill for $80 for the parking at their ramp for 1.5 hours. I told them what happened and they said too bad and that was it. Now I get a letter saying final notice to avoid collections. These guys are crooks. I would not ever park in their lots again.

This place is beyond terrible. If you're reading this review. Do your best not to use this place. Constant ticketing from some loser that has nothing to do. Can you imagine strolling a parking lot and constantly ticketing customers vehicles that use your services on a daily basis. If i did this job for a living.. I would be severly depressed and just give up on life. Take the bus or park across the street. I wish bad vibes and luck to the people that operate this hell hole.
