Had a brand new water heater installed by another company. A few months later now, it stopped lighting (gas water heater). We thought maybe we were out of propane. Had the tank filled, still no pilot light lighting. Called Rheem for warranty and they sent out Intown Plumbing. I am SO glad they did! From the moment the appointment was scheduled I was sent an email confirmation with details. The day of service, the following day, I received a link via email to track their location (SO CONVENIENT!) They came precisely in the time window given. I greeted them outside and they were so friendly and professional. David and David were the technicians who came out to replace my water heater, and they were both incredibly friendly and professional. They did an excellent job and left the work area spotless! My husband scheduled the appointment, and the team was very responsive throughout the process. Customer service was quick, helpful, and overall made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Had a positive experience with Intown Plumbing and our service tech, Kyler. He was polite, friendly and efficient in his repair. The price was reasonable and well communicated. We will use them again!

My experience was not very good. The office that contacted me did not know anything about pricing. Didn't tell me how much service call would be. Service call amount was not listed on thumbtack either. The technician was nice but didn't have the needed part, and wanted to charge me $4/minute for me to go get it from Home Depot for a $460 labor only repair of a bath tub faucet cartridge. I think a few things are not right with how your company does business. I paid $85 service call.

Frank and his partner were very professional and informative regarding my bathroom plumbing. They were able to fit me in on short notice same day. Took them no time to diagnose and fix the problem in my shower. In and out in less than 30 mins. I highly recommend them.
