Invisible Fence of Northern Kentucky

The absolute worst company that I’ve ever had to deal with. After the first fence stopped working, they charged me again to run an entire new fence. Woke up one day to hear the system beeping. Called and got voice mail (you ALWAYS get voice mail). No return call that day which was a Friday. Called again on Monday and Jessica said that the soonest she could get us on the schedule was Wednesday. On Wednesday, a kid who looked to be about 20 with NO customer service skills showed up and after walking around for fifteen minutes claimed that we must have done something to break it and we’d have to call to get back on the schedule. We called Jessica again only and explained that we needed it fixed asap. No call back Thursday. Called again on Friday morning. No call back. Called Friday afternoon.

They put collars on our dogs that seemed small but I was assured it’s supposed to be that way. They said this was necessary for it to be right so the dogs feel it when they cross the barrier. Took off the collars and both dogs have sores from the collar, including punctures to the skin. Now I can’t get them to answer the phone to discuss it. This employee clearly fitted the dogs wrong so now I have injured dogs and a fence I can’t use because we don’t have properly fitting collars. Waste of money. UPDATE: employee Jessie from their office basically laughed it off and offered a larger collar. When I said that wasn't a sufficient response (I felt they should pay the vet bill), she hung up on me. Super helpful and friendly, I can't say enough about this business. We've had our fence for at least 25 years and have used it on 6 different dogs at 4 different houses and has been totally worth the money. We tried a different companies wireless temporarily until we were done building our house and did not compare to having the wired fence again, love it!

Best service provider we’ve had at our house in years! They were on time, responsive to our schedule and extremely professional. And the dogs are doing great with the fence. I cannot recommend them enough. Worth every penny!!!

Our fence was installed over 2 years ago and absolutely love it. We have 2 very small dog and were glad to see that Invisible Fence made small collars to fit them. We were worried they would have to wear big clunky devices around their necks and that is not the case. Also we like the fact that the collar correction signal is adjustable in two ways (strength & vibration intensity). Our dogs are on the lightest settings possible and that is also effective. This is important because a much large dog might need more while ours barely need any incentive to stay in the yard. But trust me, there are many critters they would love to chase out of our yard but they never cross the line. Wonderful system and gives us so much peace of mind.
