I had my basement waterproofed by these guys. They did an excellent job and were very honest and upfront about the work that had to be done and the pricing. I have also had another issue and they were able to come the next day. They do not take advantage of their customers or try to rip you off. Very friendly staff and I will definitely go to them in the future.

Very courteous . Prompt. On time. They put plastic over all are belongings. Worked hard all day. Cleaned up everyday. And kept everything clean, tighty, and organized. You can sure see they know what they are doing.

Horrible customer service. Looking for advice and assessment on a major issue in our home and they won't even take the time to listen to the real problem.
