Thought I'd join the chorus and tell you to avoid this ramp. There are others as close to Orchestra Hall ect for ½ the price. $20 for about 70 minutes while the ramp on Harmon showed $10 event parking. Once you get to the pricing sign there's no way out. We started to wonder if it was cheaper to leave our car and buy new vs. paying to get out of here. I'm sure there's a law or two they're dodging. And I look forward to the day the owners join me in hell... Oh...for your dining and dancing pleasure: a photo of the sunset from the 5th floor of the Rip-Off Ramp.

I was charged a ridiculous amount for staying in the parking ramp for 5 minutes. Thats ridiculous and I don’t recommend

very disappointed! Was at the Hyatt for an event. I paid the all day rate... left for dinner expected that I would be able to rescan the bar code for reentry giving that I PAID for up to 24 hours. When I came back I was NOT able to reenter and I had to take a new ticket and pay the all day rate a second time. I paid $40.00 for less then 6 hours total in the ramp!

Update: the doors are now locked from the inside as well so now it's a literal fire hazard. The only way to access my car at all is through the entrance and exit ramps. The ramp used to be okay until they decided the solution to the increase in crime was to permanently lock the doors. Now I'm forced to walk up the ramp to get to my car. I'm quite nervous about getting hit by a driver not expecting to see a person walking or if it gets icy in the winter. Attempts to talk to the manager was met with an apology for the "inconvenience." They know we don't have other options to park elsewhere and have decided our safety just isn't important.

I have had so much trouble parking in the ramps. My accounts were charged wrong amounts multiple times which was at least double what my charges should be for parking. The doors are hardly ever unlocked to actually get your car out of the ramp.... and they expect you to just walk up the ramp to your car which is 9 levels of parking. I have even called to get let in and they tell you to walk up the ramp. Customer service is not very good. Pricing is cheaper for residents which is the only reason I still park here.
