I had a spare key fob that wasn't working correctly. The team identified the problem and gave me several options from programming a whole new fob to just disabling the one feature on the fob that wasn't working, leaving me with a spare fob that could still lock/unlock and start my car. I really appreciate being able to retain a usable spare key fob without spending $169 for a whole new one. Great service!
