I was searching for a carpet cleaning service for a small apartment my son, a university graduate student, moved out of. John Herrin provided a quick text message response and understood my immediate need to have the living room and bedroom carpet cleaned. He gave me a great deal and within 24 hours a time was set to shampoo the carpet. He kept in touch with text messages, arrived on time and immediately went to work. It was a quick job, 30 minutes or so, and the carpet looked brand new!! I could not have been more pleased with John’s customer service and the finished job!
