Iron City Pools & Spas Inc

I have always dealt with this pool company for more than 25years. I have tried others because I live in Spartanburg and sometimes I would try others near me for supplies for convenience. What a waste of time and money doing that. I would just call the store tell them my problem, Dianne or Gwen would tell me what I need to do to get my pool cleared back up I always return back to Iron City Pools. They always go above and beyond to help customers. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I had to have a new lining put in our pool last year and it looks amazing. Iron City Pool is the best. I will definitely always drive to Gaffney for all my pool concerns. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have had 3 Experiences so far with Iron City. All were Outstanding. First 2 were with parts. They are very knowledgeable and had what I needed in stock. Recently I had them come by to fix my liner that fell in 3 places. It was right at 5 and started to rain. They could have put it off until the next day but did not. Steven and team did a fantastic job. This is my Pool Shop!

I used to love them. I was loyal,even when they left Boiling Springs. But they make it real hard when they do not accept returns on mistakenly purchased items that Amazon sells compatible products cheaper and allows returns. I purchased the wrong size vacuum hose, never used, will not let me exchange it for a longer one.

By far the best pool company I have ever worked with. The customer service and kind ladies in the back are always super helpful. Never had a bad experience with them and would highly recommend anyone in the area utilizes them. Not to mention the candy bowl they keep at the front LOL!
