Ironside Restoration

Great experience, highly recommend! Purchased home built in the 1980’s. Upon inspection, discovered roof needed repair if not full replacement. Contacted Ironside Restoration based on recommendation from a co-worker along with a few other companies for comparison. Shawn and Jon arrived to asses condition of roof, provide recommendations and quote for full shingle replacement. Found both to be professional and extremely knowledgeable when discussing various materials and expectations on installation day. Pricing was very competitive based on all quotes obtained. Upon installation day, workers were on time, courteous, efficient and clean. Far exceeded our expectations. Would not hesitate to use services again! Thanks again guys!

Our residential building’s roof deck is under warranty by Ironside but has started to leak into the floor below. We have asked Ironside repeatedly to come and simply re-seal the roof and they keep stringing us along saying they will come but they do not. Very unprofessional especially after giving a warranty! It seems they are trying to let the warranty expire by not responding. I’d be happy to remove this review if they would just address the issue!

My home suffered a large loss due to fire. I was referred to Ironside through my insurance to give me an estimate and contracted with them to complete the repairs. Shawn the owner accepted the job in February 2022 and agreed to have the repairs completed by November 2022. He offered sky lights from a previous job he didn’t use as well as in-house financing because my job would be more expensive and I agreed. They removed the content but never completed the demolition of home or had any inspections scheduled. Ironside installed said skylights but they were not included in the blueprint or framed out so essentially they’re useless. We contracted Ironside to do drywall installation in our condo. We experienced water leak in the bathroom, damaging the walls. We received excellent service from the Ironside team, from the moment we engaged their staff until the completion of our project. The quote they provided was great value for the work, and the installers showed up to do the job as scheduled. The quality of his work was outstanding. We are very pleased with how it turned out.

We are very pleased that we chose Ironside Restoration (IR) for our home repairs. A representative from IR was available throughout the entire process. From meeting with the insurance adjuster to being on-site during the repair, IR communicated clearly and directly to ensure our needs were met. The owner even took the time to make sure the roofers changed the shingle layout to better fit our roof shape, which he noticed during the adjustment process. We were very hesitant to begin the much needed project due to the number of shady contractors, but we feel we hit the jackpot when we found IR! We would recommend them hands down for fair, honest, and timely work. And our house looks AMAZING!
