12-26-2024…….IRR supply horseheads ny……Horrible customer service unless your with a big box outfit….they do Not care about the Independent small business man/women just looking for a service part or looking for an answer to a problem in which they will most likely buy something from said plumbing distributor….i just personally was in there for over 15 minutes waited at the counter and not one person greeted me or asked if I had been helped or needed help…..horrible customer service…..un skilled workers at best behind the counter who would rather shove pizza down there face than help there business grow and get a sale……don’t waste your time or money….. I.D booth is much better…..lowes or even horseheads do-it……..Such a shame….
