I just got a delivery of 3 yards of top soil and compost. Everything was great. I was not at home when Wilbur arrived, he called me and waited 15 minutes for me to get there. Very nice people. All went well. Good experience.

I’ve ordered top soil and pea stone from Island Hopper and always felt like I was getting the best price and service. Friendly on the phone and quick delivery on time. My go to for larger loads of dirt and stone!

Horrible customer service. The staff is so unprofessional and don't fully disclose the delivery process. When I placed my order the representative assured me the delivery would be left on my driveway and when the delivery arrived it was left at the curb. I spoke with the manager and he stated their process is to leave supplies at the curb. Had this been communicated to me when I placed the ordered I would have rather paid more for a proper delivery. Now I'm stuck with supplies on my curb and pay someone to move it from my curb.... I guess you get what pay for with this place prices may be low but it's due to their horrible customer service. Definitely would rather pay a little more and get better service than this place.

ordered top soil for back yard. Spoke with Mathew from beginning to end. He was VERY helpful and told me exactly what I would need for the job that I wanted to do. The prices were fair and it arrived when they said it would. The driver was VERY nice and accommodating. Pleasure to work with . I recommend them highly !

Very nice display of goods but the service could be a lot better. The man in the yard loading the trucks had no problem telling me that my tip was cheap. And with that ordered two yards of topsoil but barely got one and a half
