Long Island Swim-Pool Service

We have been utilizing Long Island Swim-Pool Service for the past 9 years, and am about to enter my 10th season. First of all, the OPENING/CLOSING service has been exceptionally efficient. Upon opening, when issues arise the technicians were quick to resolve any issues without need for secondary visits. The closing is equally as good. The weekly cleaning and chemical balancing usually leaves us with a crystal clear pool. Again, a testament to the technicians ability and care. Over the years, we had a few major issues with our in-ground pool as well. Dario was always quick to respond and help to oversee repairs and helped with recommendations for 3rd party contractors (concrete repair and marble dusting ). Long Island Swim installed my original pool 26 years ago. Never had any problems. When I replaced my pool this month, they came on time , removed my old pool, installed the new one & assembled my filter. They removed all the rusted metal & bagged all remaining trash & put it out for me. I highly recommend them.

I found Long Island Swim-Pool Service and spoke to Barry on July 6th sent pictures to him and he was able to direct me to a company that had pool liners where I purchased it immediately.  Barry was very responsive and communicated with me throughout the entire week  and weekend.  He schedule my appointment on Saturday for Monday Miorning July 12, his crew Miguel, Douglas and Jose showed up on time and quickly went to work installing the new pool liner. They were very professional, worked quickly, effectively and cleaned up before leaving. The whole process from start to finish was under 2 hours. A wonderful company. My first phone call to them was very informative. My husband and I went to a few stores to look at pools. we could not decide. When I called Long Island swim pools, I spoke to a man name Barry. I told him we could not decide which one to buy. I asked him if he could suggest a pool. He immediately help me out and we ordered the pool online. The installers were great. The pool is perfect, it looks great. I want to give the three installers a very special thank you we have no complaints. Barry was absolutely wonderful. We highly recommend this company.

This company has no clue what they are doing. Very unprofessional. Disrespectful and leaves your property worse than when they arrived. Excuses after excuses. Be smart, do not give them work. They will screw it up!! Dont say I didnt warn you! Goodluck!
