I was having issues with my drain field and unfortunately this company doesn't repair that, however, I cannot say enough about HOW HELPFUL KENDALL WAS!!! She sent us recommendations of companies that could repair and also gave us much needed advice on steps on how to proceed. Just based on that I would absolutely use this company in the future. You don't get that kind of helpfulness/ customer service often, so it should be recognized. Thank you Kendall and island septic.

We needed our septic tank pumped. The lady I spoke with on the phone was super friendly. The truck showed up within the hour!! We are on Hatteras Island in Waves, so I think its a big deal to get same day service. The gentleman who came to do the service was so friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and was very polite. This is a TOP NOTCH, 5☆ company! I would definitely use them again and I will surely recommend this company to anyone needing septic repair or service.Thank you so much!!

We recently had our tank pumped. Everyone I talked to was polite and courteous and made the experience easy. Josh was the guy that came out to our house, and he was very polite and helpful, offering to help in any way he could. I don't do this often, but I would highly recommend him and the company.
