This is a well run professional company. I have had good experiences with their customer service and service techs. Those guys go out of their way to explain any issues. Service is fast and their prices seem fair to me. I recommend this company.

Called them on a Friday about replacing two HVAC units. Lady was a genuine southern sweetie and understood all the information I gave her. She scheduled a project manager to come out on Monday. Project manager- Jeff- contacted me prior to appointment and was super informative when he came to house. Very polite and knowledgeable. Took his time, asked questions, wasn't in a rush. Had different options/quotes to me before end of business day. Looking forward to working with them!

Always professional and prompt. I've been a customer since the house was built in 2002. I also have the yearly preventive maintenance agreement to keep our heat and air at peak performance. They always honor their appointments and conduct themselves very professionally.

Can I give them 10 stars? Knowledgeable technicians troubleshoot until they get the right answers, so there is no costly trial and error. And they follow up on what is covered by warranty to save you money. Also, great customer service even if it requires them to make a follow-up call. As remote owners, we have lots of bad service experiences. But not with this company. So trustworthy.

I replaced my heat pump and air handler. Dave Butler showed up on time and throughly inspected my old equipment. He answered all my questions and concerns about the installation and equipment. He gave me a quote with four different levels of equipment. I went with a Trane heat pump and air handler. The installation team showed up on time. David and James did an awesome job installing my system. A great job is a thousand little details all done correctly, these guys didn’t miss anything. This was the best HVAC replacement I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend R.A. Hoy for your HVAC Equipment and service needs.
